Overcoming problems of working in a small group

Small groups usually consists of around 3 people. If the project is complicated, workload of each member would be stressful. All the members from the group must communicate within themselves and share their progress to the team so that they can assist them to overcome any problems they may encounter.

Communication is Complicated

Communication is a form of conveying a message from the sender to the reciever through a medium. Sometimes, the audience may interpret the message wrongly and get the whole idea wrong. To avoid that from happening, the sender must clearly state his idea so that the general public fully understands.

Animals, so many to choose from. Tortoise, I choose you! What species of tortoise would I be? A Russian tortoise it shall be. I burrow underground and hibernate during the cold winter. I enjoy eating broad leaves plants. Flowers are delicious, especially dandelion. I do absolutely nothing but crawl around.
